We went wedding dress shopping in NYC expecting a typical boutique experience. Our first stop was lovely but felt just ok. Then we found Liza Ray's, and everything changed. Elena made the entire experience feel so warm, personal, and truly special. She has such a gift for finding the perfect dress, and her kindness and genuine care made the day unforgettable for our daughter. We left with full hearts and so much gratitude. Just had the best experience at Liza Ray. They take one appointment at a time so you Never feel rushed. I worked with Rosa and she was so caring, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She really listened to my and her input was fabulous. Overall experience 10/10
