Their billing department is so rude. This just shows how greedy some of these dermatology departments are. I tried to give them the insurance number and they refused. The doctor will not benefit from a rude staff
The office smells nice, looks beautiful & modern & the staff are extremely friendly. I just don’t like how long I have to wait after checking in. It was almost a 30min wait before I shown to my room & then another maybe 10min or so before the Dr. came in. Dr. Hogans bedside manner & humor makes up for it & she does take the time to listen & wants the best interest for my skin. I would for sure recommend her & this office to my friends & family. I’m excited to start my Accutane treatment & hoping I’ll get my prescription fill... read more
