My first appointment with Dr. Liza was excellent. She took the time to discuss my overall health, provided quality care for my condition, and answered all of my questions with patience. The staff was also very pleasant. Nicki and Jessica, Medical Assistants, were both highly professional and had a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Unprofessional Staff that answers the phone. Every time I have called to make an appointment with this doctor, they tell me it’ll be at least 90 days when I tell him I’m fine with that. They seem shocked once I’ve made the appointment. They call me weeks before and they cancel it then they make it for me like a couple days later, but I was gonna be out of town.
