It was my experience with Liza that she had a difficult time listening. She wasnt too great at blonding as she used different toners without communicating and gave me a chemical cut (my hair fell off due to over processing). She doesn’t quite seem to know her limits in hair cutting or styling as I walked out several times with a very poor cut.
