Liz is a truly knowledgeable, very skilled massage therapist. I have gone to her for general, relaxation type massages and the experience has been delightful. I have also gone to her for a more focused, deep-tissue type massage, when I was actually experiencing some discomfort, and the experience was phenomenal. I recently went to Liz’s massage after playing long hours of tennis, and it was fantastic. Her place is very clean and calm. Liz has amazing hands and great technique. She really helped relieve my shoulder and neck stiffness. I felt so relaxed and relief afterward. I highly recommend her and will return soon. She is truly gifted! Thanks Liz!!!
