I enjoyed my first lymphatic massage with Liz after contemplating for a year finally I scheduled. She was thorough and explained the process of the treatment which is very different from what I had seen online. I could tell a difference the next day.I did schedule for my next treatment!

I have had a few massages in my time and Liz is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She is intuitive, professional, kind, and attentive to the needs of her clients. I had a lymphatic massage with Liz last week. I wasn’t sure what to expect, since I had never experienced one before. I felt heard by Liz and well cared for. She does give different types of massages. I will probably go back and have a different type of massage performed.
Liz is very talented! I always feel great when I see her, especially after the lymphatic massage.
