A close relative worked with Liz regarding loss. Liz has a relaxed demeanor and makes one feel at home in her office space. She offers walk and talk therapy and works very well with kids and especially teens. My review is based on first hand experience. I would recommend Liz to patients of all ages. Thanks to Liz her patients feel heard and gain coping skills that can prepare them for their future. Thank you Liz
As a military family, moves can be difficult especially if you have children. My eldest having began school here in Beaufort and has been with the same group of friends for the past 4 years took our upcoming move especially hard and it played out in his behavior. His perception of the move was lost on me until Liz entered. Her office offered a safe, non-judgmental environment where my son could talk about any and everything all while playing.
