So glad I found a doctor I can go to on a regular! She is really chill I can express any concerns with her. I never felt rushed during my visit and she is a nice person.
Best doctor I have had in years. I have quite a bit going on and she addressed all my issues without making me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares. Very knowledgable and empathetic.
Dr. Lan is our family doctor, she’s sees my husband, my daughter, myself, my brother in law and father in law. We love her! She delivered our first daughter and will be delivering our second. I love how we can all see her a family. One stop shop. She’s thorough and answers all questions with patience.
If you're looking for a doctor who will take your money but not bother to call the patient with test results, Lan is for you. Clearly she has fallen into the cash machine mentality as so many other doctors do. Not only will she not call you with results but even when you make 3 attempts with her staff, asking for a return call, you just won't get one. This is an embarrassment to the entire Olathe Health System.
