Very rude women at the reception. I came with a question about a certificate (medical certificate) for work. Instead of getting any useful information or advice, I only heard: “You don’t have insurance, nothing will be done, you’re not our client, that’s it.” It’s very unpleasant to hear such things in a medical facility. Maybe they didn’t like my “Ukrainian accent,” but I hope that after reading this, they will change their attitude toward people who come seeking help and advice.
