Clean gym, good equipment, and a solid vibe. Easy place to get a great workout in!
I have belonged to other gyms but this one is the best! Doesn’t have that Gym Smell, everything is clean & organized. The locker rooms are clean & well stocked. There are plenty of treadmills, weight machines & free weights. Classes are always going they have a nice basketball court & pool (and whirlpool!). The staff is friendly & helpful, too. I have felt comfortable from the 1st day. I have been using a trainer (Jennifer) and she is tough but listens to me and adjusts the workouts to my needs.
The atmosphere is tremendous, and the people are very friendly and genuine. I would recommend it to anyone.
