Dr. Livrieri is a very good Doctor who knows his stuff and is very caring and thorough. It's his billing staff which aren't any good. I cancelled an appointment days before I was supposed to go. They did not enter this cancellation in their records and billed me $25 for a missed visit. They would not listen to reason, and this was the first time this has happened. I have used this office for many years. In the beginning the staff was rude and not helpful. You almost felt that you were bothering them by calling in. Since then they have got some new staff members who are extremely nice and helpful.
