Tried multiple times to get ad up and does not work. Their verification codes never arrive to a Rogers telephone #. I use other rental platforms with ease.
Unacceptable to require that much personally detailed information. They allow “unverified” owners to list properties. I was targeted by a scam rental and reported the add, in addition I filed a police report. Funny, the property add is still up and listed. I feel confident saying that the safety of the tenants is not a priority for this site. Thankfully I didn’t supply my personal info that Liv.Rent aggressively asks for. Just plain useless for rentals in Calgary. Be aware .
