Staff was unprofessional, rude and clearly do not take pride in their work. I waited three hours for a pre employment physical and drug test. Go elsewhere if you can. I don’t think these people are even qualified medical professionals. I can’t stress enough how bad this place is.
I needed a drug test for a new job. I came the first day I could at 4:15pm and they were already closed (at 4pm). So I came in the next day (last day I have to complete the test) at 7:45 am (they open at 7:30 am) and I waited close to an hour and a half to pee in a cup. I work in a school and will now have to take the whole morning off because of this. Receptionist at cubicle 4 at ascension was so rude and unprofessional. They think because they are behind the plastic barrier they are higher than the people coming in for a service. Never will I return to this location again
