I would not recommend this gym. At one time it was great and very successful, but the owner developed a pattern of letting good coaches go, and behaving unprofessionally with members. The programming changes constantly and classes are often canceled due to lack of staff. Prices have risen to an unreasonable level for what now is just app base programming. I have had a great experience with Justin and his staff. The semi-private training is really nice! I definitely learned alot and pushed myself to learn and grow stronger. I highly recommend anyone to give it a try. You'll increase strength and mobility! The atmosphere is designed for success

I went to this place a few years ago. They seem really great! I liked everything they said. Vibe seemed ok. But I couldn't join mainly bc of distance and their hours.
