I absolutely love this place. It is one my favourite places in the whole of San Diego. I've been a member for 5 months now and at least 50% of the week I feel like LIVKRAFT brings me back to life in no small sense. I got a membership at Livkraft about two months ago and it was one of the best choices I’ve made for my wellness! I spent about four mornings a week there going from room to room depending on what my body needs and they have just about everything you need for longevity wellness. I love their personal sauna that has red light therapy and cold plunge rooms that have clean showers as well as cold towels, water, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, etc. They offer so many services but some of my personal favorites... read more
Luxury recovery experience! I opted for the LIVKRAFT IV and could instantly notice results. Staff is so hospitable and go above and beyond to meet your needs!
I absolutely love this place. It is my favourite place for sajna sauna and red light (I have yet to try the other things offered). It's also super affordable with memberships and they have hbot, cryo, IVs. Highly recommend this place!
Everything about livekraft is first class the staff is fantastic and very welcoming!
