I had the most positive experience at SD Body after a patellar dislocation. Dr Vedamani, Dora and Nia were so attentive and made the best recommendations for a speedy start to what could’ve been a very drawn out recovery. I completed 5 sessions of hyperbaric and PEMF therapies and had exceptional results. From coming in with crutches to walking out with a slight limp on my last day. Not what it used to be when it was Livkraft and lacking cleanliness. The water cup was clearly a used stainless steel coffee mug with a label on it and the laundry bin was stained. They got rid of the cryotherapy which was the best treatment there. Only advantage is that memberships are slightly less expensive now but there’s very little value. Nice attendant but overall a much less premium experience than before.
This was my first time trying a GLP-1 and it was overall a great experience. Dr. Shawn Vedamani Was very kind and professional. He really listened to my goals and made a plan for me. Follow ups were made easy, especially when I have a busy schedule. In 2 months, with the GLP-1, clean eating, and commitment to the gym, i was able to loose 20lbs. The staff over all are very kind and responsive. Overall I had a very very good experience and highly recommend this place and Dr. Shawn Vedamani. Thank you so much!!!
Having been impressed with the physical improvements in my life achieved from therapies at their downtown San Diego location, which have fortunately also polished my mental outlook, I decided to try their La Jolla location, which is closer to my home.
