I had PRK done with Dr.Saimovici on November 9th 2017. This doctor was recommend to me by two of my co-workers who had the same procedure done. They were very happy with the results so I decided to have the PRK done as well. My prescription for the left eye was -3.75 and right -3.50. Today my vision is 20/20 in both eyes. The pre-procedure testing took an hours and I was told I was good to go. Two weeks later I had a procedure, which lasted 10 min more or less. Had both eyes done by Samovici about 2+ years ago. Results exceeded my best expectations in every way. The decision to go PRK (versus flap) was right choice for me; when it grew back it was clearer and its basically impossible to get a scar with PRK. Also glad that I did both eyes at the same time. Best decision was to have my left eye lasered for close-up focus and my right eye for distance.
