Wow! I got the elderberry and mango sea moss gel. I’ve tried sea moss in the past but it was nothing compared to this. The directions are go to take two table spoons a day every morning and recommended not to take a night as it’ll give you hell of energy. TRUE! I’m only on day 4 and I FEEL the healing. I’ve been so energized and my appetite has shifted to wanting a more healthier diet. I highly recommend!
