I purchased 6 dining chairs from this company about a year ago. Unfortunately, the foam cushions started to lose their shape and support within a few months — well before the one-year warranty was up. I contacted their customer service two months ago, asking for better quality replacement cushions or at least a credit to fix the issue. I ordered a set of dining chairs and I can say I am truly happy with my purchase. Customer service was also amazing. Initially, the shipping company lost my package but customer service was PHENOMENAL- very quick to accommodate and arrange a new delivery.
