Bad customer service. This is why we can't recycle the black dollar. I called to get some information regarding a frontlace wigs was rudely told she didn't know what I was talking about and when I asked what she had in her store she said " WE HAVE WHAT WE HAVE AND WE POST IT EVERYDAY"! SMH.. YOU just lost a $2,500. Dollar sale!

This is my first experience getting wax. Tracy was totally helpful and professional. Come and support two strong black business women, it's such a vibe inside! Peaceful and professional entrepreneurs! Go get your wigs, accessories, lashes ,face beat and that thang wax! I'll be back for sure!

Cant be happier with their service!! I recently moved cities and all the waxers in the area told me they were booked a week in advance. I reached out to set up an appointment with Tracy. My plans changed within a day and she booked me an appointment same day and within hours. Super welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Professional and inviting, made me feel comfortable, and had me in and out within 20 minutes! When I got home and checked out the finish product, I cant begin to explain what amazing work she did.
