The person who showed me around (I didn't get his name) was lovely and provided me with all of the information I needed to know. Took his time and didn't feel rushed, and provided a bag with all of the information on the flats and a bottle of water which was a nice touch.
We had the pleasure of working with Livingway, who booked us for a Coffee and DJ Event , which went down a storm. It was brilliant! The apartments are gorgeous and the communal areas are so cool. The staff are lovely, too.
Terrible service do not use
I lived at the Livingway Duke property on Oldham Road and Ridgefield Street for approximately 9 months, and my experience was consistently negative. I would strongly discourage anyone from renting here. Misleading Viewing Experience At the time of viewing, we were shown a much larger apartment than the one we were ultimately allocated. On moving in, we discovered we had been given a much smaller corner unit, which felt intentionally misleading and deceptive.
