Honest, knowledgeable, kind and friendly people. I couldn’t recommend them more! When you walk in you’ll be greeted by a happy black lab and friendly staff. The showroom is well done and clean. The real prices are on the machine so no wondering what the “out the door price” will be. The sales and delivery service was amazing. Never thought I would have to give a bad review for a local family owned business, here we are. Spent $1000 last fall to have the driveline in my RZR redone, u-joints, a yoke, & carrier bearing. Fast forward to now and I’ve driven the machine 190 miles since all that work, verified by receipt last year, and carrier bearing failed. I dropped the machine off, asking them if they think Polaris would warranty the OEM part they used, they agreed to try. Went in for a state inspection, was told front window tint (left and right) was not allowed. I showed them the NH state law on tint RSA 266:58-a and they still told me no, so I called the state of NH, spoke to someone who verified they are in fact wrong. NH allows 70% on the front windows left to right. Guy with the DMV spoke to the inspector at Livingston and basically called him out, saying that their “no tint rule” is NOT law.
