I called out Graham to take a look at a pump that I was informed needed replacing due to the pressure of water from the kitchen and bathroom taps coming out very slowly. Graham arrived at the house on time and straight away went to the cause of the problem being the pump behind the bathroom. In what appeared to be less than a few minutes he had resolved the problem by actually switching on the pump and the water in the taps came gushing out.
