I had a class today with Emmanuel “Manny” and let me tell you he worked us! He is very knowledgeable and makes the class interesting and fun. The stretches and exercises he had us doing are beneficial for my soon to be career in Massage Therapy. Definitely joining one of his classes.

Where do I start? Joined the army and need motivation to do better. Living stone was right there with all the support. Manny? MANNY!! What an inspirational individual with an even more inspiring backstory that brought him to this same place to do better! He grew me into the athlete and future body builder I am.
