Been coming to livingstone for over a year and half. I found this place when I was very lost as a person, insecure, weak (not only physically but mentally) Coming here i found purpose, my confidence, a home, a second family. The community here is like no other!! Michelle and Malcolm have created something so special! I love it here!!
As a military student in SA for only 2 months, LivingStone Gym embraced me as family. The gym community pushed me to do my best on every workout. They offer scaled classes for any ability and open gym 24/7 access. If you sign up for the unlimited plan, you also get free membership to the climbing gym that’s connected to it! Will recommend LivingStone to anyone in SA!
This is a gym that offers good sized classes with incredible coaches. My husband and I are members and we absolutely love it. The owners are so kind and their upmost concern is your safety. It is well worth the cost to improve your health and get stronger. The app they use is very easy to navigate and the gym is always clean and tidy.
I can't say enough great things about Livingstone Gym and Coach Manny. He has completely transformed how I approach fitness. From day one, he has been incredibly patient, taking the time to teach me proper form (I finally know how to do a proper squat - thanks Manny!), helping me rebuild strength, and most importantly, guiding me toward confidence in my own abilities. I was introduced to Livingstone by one of their coaches, Manny. I was just looking for a way to get out and active and came across.” Purpose Driven hike club” on a Facebook page I belong to. We had a very manageable pre-hike warm-up/workout, and the hike was just right for me as a beginner.
