I think she could have addressed me, used simple courtesy. Her email to me is inaccurate based what the will states. Raven Sword deserves 0 stars! I highly recommend you find another attorney. When she represented me on a case, she took her time collecting all the details of the case, expended the least amount of effort possible and had absolutely no regard for my welfare nor working toward the best outcome for my case. There was little to no communication and she would refuse to accept my calls to discuss potential routes for resolving the case.
