TERRIBLE! My 93 year old Mother was admitted as a fall risk. I ask her nurse to raise the fourth rail. She refused. A couple of hours later I got a phone call telling me that my precious Mother had had a terrible fall on the hard tile floor. I do not know if her bed was lowered or if the bed alarm was set.
