Normally I would give them a very high rating with Dr Presley being on the clock. I was so sick. He did have a student dr that day and I only saw him for him to step in to .. as fast as he could say u don't need to be hospitalized.. I asked him not to step in my vomit. I waited 4hrs to get in.. ER was very busy, I didn't even feel as though I could drive home.. had to see PC 3days in a role prior bc I wasn't treated for three other infections.. im still down. No one took the time to listen, and I was to sick to make them... ... read more

I generally get very good care at Livingston Regional but this last time, which was more than a year since the time before I went, the doctor made me feel like I was faking the pain and wanted pain meds. I had a migraine that was causing vomiting and nausea and everything I had taken at home was not working. I wanted the migraine protocol which is fluids, magnesium anti nausea, steroid, and sometimes Benadryl and toradol or something like that. My wife and I went to the hospital for what we thought was appendicitis. After more than 3hrs of waiting we were finally seen for about 3 minutes by the doctor and then my wife was taken for CT scan. We then waited for another almost two hours before the doctor came back in pressed on my wife's abdomen a few times and said, we couldn't see your appendix but you have a cyst. The doctor then said they would like to have done an ultrasound, but no one was at the hospital to perform the ultrasound. So they gave her some pain med... read more
