I currently rent form them. And have had communications with many others that rent from them. Heck even the fire chief rented form them.All of us think the same. Livingston Properties is the epitome of slum lords. They do not want to fix ANYTHING no matter how bad or dangerous it is. When they do fix thing is is not a professional job at all. I own a property next door to one of Mr. Livingstons properties. He had 3 dead trees on his property. Two of them fell and did damage to someone elses property. Ive contacted him regarding the tree still standing and he refuses to cut it down because its not going to damage his property if it falls. The property itself is very run down and I would never let any of my friends or family members rent that property. Stay away!!!!
