I had an original recertification appointment scheduled for some time last month In April. The lady offered to push it back to May because I had three kids and this would be more convenient for me time wise. May comes and I have a recertification on the 7th of this month but no benefits because the benefits expired this month. Why would this lady schedule my recertification in a month that my benefits expire?!! This caused a huge inconvenience.

Kierra was very friendly in interview 6. The nurse who weighed my baby was caring and my rep was very informative. They also were willing to work with me on moving an appointment time -same day.
I'm just gonna say, they have a sign that says we respect you so respect the workers. This is a lie for the lady they have working at the front desk. I have never seen such rudeness in facial expression, tone and demeanor.
