The customer service isn't great. I've been trying to make an appointment to make a correction to a record, but no one answers the phone and you won't receive a call back.
I had a great experience at the office today. Staff was very friendly and prompt to assist me. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Thank you!
Soooo rude! If you don’t know how to speak to people, perhaps you shouldn’t work in front of the public, especially not for the city!
