Rude, Unhelpful and Sloooow to pay out! We had a flood caused by a hot water pipe freezing and bursting in a 2nd floor room. This was 3 weeks ago and we are STILL waiting for them to even tell us what amount they are giving us!! It happened on a friday night, no way to reach an agent, tracked her down through white pages and was told to call Servpro. Called them, they arrived and were rude, unprofessional and told us we were wasting their time by asking to see the fee sheet so we could have some idea of what we might be resp... read more
