Very rude receptionist, she needs to be fired
I received a letter from this office; I did not seek out their services. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was very disappointing. The receptionist was consistently rude, impatient, and unprofessional during my interactions with the office. In addition, she hung up on me during a phone call, which I found extremely disrespectful and inappropriate. As a client, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.
