25 minutes to talk to someone at the call center. Still on the line for another 35 minutes waiting for someone from the team to answer with an ETA. 1 hour on the phone!!!!! To try to get any info about my shipment which was sent 6 hours ago. Incompetence at it's finest, don't know how this company stays in business. The new tracker is more useless than the old one.
I wish i could gave them 0 star. Really Unprofessional staff. No value for time. Time is money guys and these guys are really really slow. If you are a customer change them as a broker switch to someone alse. Time to move guys.
The MOST INEFFICIENT CUSTOM BROKERS!!!. They don’t care abt the time and importance of load clearance. WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0-STARS!!!
