I had a great experience switching to Livingston. My prior agency lacked the level of knowledgeable support I receive from Livingston. During Livingston's initial review of my needs and policies they discovered a low cost, but meaningful, improvement and identified a gap in my coverage that I asked the prior agency to close. It's my fault for not verifying the change had been made but I appreciated Livingston catching that major error. I switched at my first renewal opportunity.
They are the absolute best place to go. I am awful with computers and AI and all that so being able to go and sit down and talk to someone has been the best thing for me since sliced bread
