I was a walk in. No appointment. It's been very hot outside. Working being outdoors, I was concerned that too much moisture got inside my hearing aids. It took only a few minutes to check them out and I did not have to even see the doctor.
Wonderful place to have our hearing needs met. Pleasant atmosphere when you first walk in. Liz is amazing. She is patient, kind, understanding and listens to the customer. Annette has great customer service. She makes you feel like family. We received the custom fit hearing aids we ordered with no trouble or issues. Liz explained in detail how to use and care for them. Very happy customer. Highly recommend this office.
My appointment went extremely well. Discussed my problem, had hearing aids cleaned and understood what I have to do to keep my hearings working well.
