From the first meeting with Dr Tom we have experienced sincere and professional concern for the well being of my hearing journey. A most calming and enjoyable time spent with Dr Tom. I recently had an emergency and Dr Tom worked me in on short notice and fixed the problem. Dr Tom and his staff could be no more helpful and friendly than they are now.
