Had a problem finding the address and was late. Phoned them and receptionist was very helpful and polite. I explained to the girl that I was having some difficulty hearing with them. She took them to the back and told the guy that was there. He said he cleaned them & put new filters in them. He said he put a smaller ear piece on & they should fit better now, but they still don’t fit into the ear correctly. Many times, I still don’t hear when someone is speaking to me..
Great staff, friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Very helpful on explaining hearing aid technology.
I'm so pleased with the hearing aids and the kind and thorough care I received.
I think this is a great place to go get hearing aids.
