I purchased TruHearing Aids though my Blue Cross Blueshield supplement and Livingstone Hearing Aids office here in San Angelo Texas. Rachel Green performed a series of professional tests on me. I ordered the Truhearing 7 Li-Ion Premium RIC. They received them in 3 days and fitted me and set them the 4th day. Everything is perfect! I could not have found Aids or better Hearing Aids or provider! Thank you TruHearing and Livingstone Hearing Aids! Robert Baxter.
Very mixed feelings. Service is available ONLY once every three weeks. This is NOT what I need. However, the service with Dr Henry is superb, when available. More availability would give them a much higher rating.
