Very unprofessional. I just went and enquired if they do signia service and I got a rude reply
Dr. Kevin Watson is amazing!!! The whole process was quick and extremely professional!!!! All of my questions were answered in a respectful way. Some information needed to be repeated and he had no trouble repeating it. The receptionist is also very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions about the payment. Truly blessed to have my first hearing aids put by Dr. Watson.
I have been with Livingston for 5 years at a different location. This location and the people are fabulous. Kind and caring and above all else honest. This is the place to get your hearing checked and the hearing aids needed!
