I visited this clinic today for a possible infected wood splinter near my fingernail. After the initial evaluation, I was told by the nurse practitioner Emily that she would return shortly. I then waited about 30 minutes without an update while my anxiety and pain increased. I later realized unbelievably that Emily had moved on to another patient without communicating the delay or next steps.
