Such great service at the ER! I normally hate hospitals but my visit was great, I hardly waited at all even though they were quite busy. The staff were all friendly and so helpful. Will go back if I have another medical emergency

Worst ER experience in my life. Don’t go here. They don’t listen to you, and I honestly don’t even know how these people have a medical degree. When I say Bozeman ER is 10X better, that’ll paint a picture for you. Going to Billings now since these people are absolute failures.

I had an MRI scheduled today. After arriving and checking in, I was told that my insurance authorization had not yet been approved and that my appointment would have to be rescheduled. What is most disappointing is not the delay itself—these things can happen—but the complete lack of consideration for a person's time. It would have taken less than 3 minutes for someone to call or text me before my appointment to let me know there was an issue.
