I was here to collect my newborn daughter's birth certificate. The hospital had already sent the pre-filled form to them, and I wanted to know whether the certificate was ready to be picked up. I searched the number on the net and seems, their point of contact Rose Saponara is all they have. I called and asked if my doc was ready, but they did not give any answers except, "Come here, fill out the form, and then I will look it for you". No help on the phone or email! Tried calling and got automated system that would not let me put in an extension , nor a name , not (3rd option) even 0 for the operator but disconnected me from the call. I'm stumped. Unbelievable.

Horrific…terrible experience both on the phone and in person dealing with birth certificate department. Lazier than the typical government worker, which is saying something. You’d expect better for such a “high class” town.
