Arrived at 1:45p on a Friday and it was a ghost town. Called the number and apparently they’re on summer hours. Why keep these hours posts if you’re not open? Complete waste of time.

I was here to collect my newborn daughter's birth certificate. The hospital had already sent the pre-filled form to them, and I wanted to know whether the certificate was ready to be picked up. I searched the number on the net and seems, their point of contact Rose Saponara is all they have. I called and asked if my doc was ready, but they did not give any answers except, "Come here, fill out the form, and then I will look it for you". No help on the phone or email! Tried calling and got automated system that would not let me put in an extension , nor a name , not (3rd option) even 0 for the operator but disconnected me from the call. I'm stumped. Unbelievable.
