I purchased a Parker diagnostic test meter from this company for approximately $1,500. Unfortunately, the unit arrived missing several parts. I promptly contacted the company, provided photos, and exchanged multiple emails documenting the issue. Following their instructions, I returned the product. This was my first visit, I had been to two different hydraulic stores in town And they were not able to help me, but within five minutes Kristin had me set up and ready to go. Super impressed with her attitude and customer service, I will definitely be back
