This company packages their orders with hidden staples so if you enjoy your knives having a nice sharp edge probably just slap a return to sender sticker on the box and be done with it. When you do open a box instead of nicely packaged product you’ll find hundreds of loose items to count. So yeah, once again consider a return to sender sticker instead.

Sent in a RFQ, 2 days later, forwarded the email again asking if anyone was working on it. No reply, so I called 2 days later and spoke with some one and they said they were olw staffed but would get started on it. Called back 14 days later and still no on had even touched it. So I cancelled the RFQ and told them to forget it. I would like to know who is managing that operation to see why a distributer for Rexroth can't cut the mustard. I am giving them 1 star for answering the phone.
Don't order online, once you place an order and paid, you cannot get an invoice or communicate to them to get the products cleared
