Love Dr Miles! He listens and doesn't rush his appointments. Great surgeon too.
Didn't help. Wasted my two specialists slots from my insurance just to get zero help on my condition. Asked for surgery and said no so going for a second opinion.
They are nice. Dr. Miles is very knowledgeable and to the point. I was going for regular treatments every 2 weeks. Nurse takes 5 minutes and treatment takes 5 minutes. Considering that he is so to the point, I'm not sure why every time you go (minus my first visit) that they are running over an hour and a half behind schedule each time. They are scheduling too many appts or have the appts too close together if that's the case. What is the point of an appointment time if they are consistently running that behind?
The staff's bedside manner was nonexistent. The doctor seemed stoned. The wait time was longer than the actual visit. Wasn't given list of corrective shoes. Just overall HORRIBLE experience.
I came today and met with Dr Miles and staff. I was called in about 45 min after my appointment but they kept assuring me I was next. Staff was very kind and friendly. Dr Miles knowledgeable and to the point. In house xrays showed my problem. I was very happy with the time he spent with me explaining what was going on and what the plan was. Very busy office so there doing something right. Highly recommend them.
