Beware of this place.Management and maintenance on this mobile home park are awful. The manager Kelly Sommers is never at her office and never answers her bussines phone. She is completely irresponsible and lacks business ethics. Maintenance never gets done and the mobile homes and the surrounding area are deteriorating fast. The trash is always scttered around the trash containers and no one bothers to pick it up. I currently reside at this park. I have been there about a month and have yet to get a key to my mailbox. We leave messages and text the manager s phone but get no answers. She is never in her office during regular hours, though she is sometimes there early in the morning when I never have time to stop by to see her. It definitely needs better management and certainly deserves someone who will take care of the tenants like we deserve for the prices we pay for rent.
Let me start by telling you that living at this place was a nightmere. The mobile homes are poorly maintained. They have a playground that literaly looks like an abandoned graveyard. Overall, the grounds of the property are in bad shape and there are old appliances next to the trash that have not been picked up for months.
