Just had driver of bus 2312 try to pass me on an off ramp as I was turning and force me off the road. Challis rd exit. Also driving 80mph through construction zone.
LETS is a great idea However, very unreliable and the app will log you out. Can’t login miss rides because you can’t adjust to a flexible schedule. Drivers can be very rude when you are figuring out the app which is not user-friendly. Because I’ve tried calling and tried to reset my password I will now have to use Lyft or Uber. LETS makes it hard for everyday rides
Twice in one day bus 2308 on 72/25 at 8am almost hit me doing at least 40mph through a residential 15mph neighborhood. This driver should not be operating at commercial motor vehicle and I myself hold a CDL-A
Dawn was so nice and made everything so easy and comfortable ...prompt and just a great person! Also my return driver, I forgot his name...but it was 5pm...he was great...he was prompt and friendly and everyone. Lisa, Dawn and I forgot my driver's name. Opps...were awesome it was a last minute, same day service and they came thru...just awesome
Let’s is extremely useful but the dispatchers are kinda awful. most drivers are fantastic and super kind. but god forbid you have an issue you need to call the call line for. i’ve had multiple cases of their app crashing and not letting me know when they arrive or leave. if the app doesn’t work and you miss your ride it’s blamed on you because “you should know our app is unreliable” so they expect you to wait outside for up to an hour to make sure you don’t miss your ride. in any weather. i’ve had this happen in snow and tod... read more
