I am an in home caregiver for the elderly in Howell and need to use the bus to take my clients to doctors appointments. The LETS Bus system sucks!!! I scheduled the bus to pick us up in Hartland at dentist at 1pm (window 1pm-1:30pm.) At 1:30 I called...no one answers the phone. Had to leave a message. The bus finally showed up at 1:50pm! I'd like all those employees to schedule an appointment, have the bus take them there in a wheelchair and then wait to be picked up again.....they should see how it feels to an elderly perso... read more
I started working here at the beginning of the school year and oh my goodness, it is the best job I have ever had. I love the people I'm working with. Getting to make a small difference in a young person's life is very heartwarming. New School Bus Driver.
