Most of the staff are lazy and incompetent. For the Therapists, they all suck at their jobs.

Regarding Rachel Peraino: (I'm aware she has her own practice on Avon Geneseo Road, however, there isn't a Google Maps location for that, and she originally started at LCMH, and others may have heard of her through there, hence why I'm posting my review of her here). I liked Rachel at first. She helped me with my issues and we were making headway, however, when I went without insurance for 2 months, I found that she was very unprofessional towards me, and she seemed to be concerned most about getting paid rather than helping... read more
