Just wanted to say a big thank you to Katie and Chris for transporting me from Noyes Hospital in Dansville to Strong Memorial in Rochester. Katie was unbelievably kind, knowledgeable and professional while caring for me. Chris drove so safely and was incredibly conscientious. Thank you Karen Deware for having such a great, well trained team that really care about their patients!
EMS staff was terrific. Very polite, do everything to help you relax, very knowledgeable and professional.
I had to be transported from Dansville to Strong Hospital, very happy with the service. Keep up the great work. The driver was Connor Thayer, Medic was Marcus Pomilio.
