Got there within the 15 minute grace period and they still said I needed to reschedule. This has been the third time I've had to reschedule and each time has been at a different livingston health office. All I need is a physical and a prescription and I literally haven't been able to see anyone for it for nearly half the year.
Dr Battaglia used to be amazing when I first started seeing her. She was so on top of every little thing and always played on the safe side if any concerns came up. I noticed that changed really quick after I was switched to Medi-cal instead of the really good paid for insurance I previously had. Well folks my 2¢ please dont go to Turlock if you need health care they did not take my wifes health seriously at all and thats just cold.. they wouldn't call for scheduled phone appointments wouldn't give her answers on her health situation and what's going on with a y results. A very unprofessional clinic its worth just going to their Livingston clinic at least they gaf about people there and not just saying thank you for an appointment she was never seen for at a scheduled time they providedwe shouldnt have to hunt the of... read more
