Livingston came out and cleaned our couch, and in the process a lot of water got on our floor and caused it to buckle. The floor was ruined, and I called and talked to Mr Livingston and also Mason, and they came out and looked at it. A long story short, they ended up coming out and taking our old floor out and putting a new floor, of our choice, down and it looks great. Livingston's Cleaning and Restoration was practically on site, before the fire department, left cleaning up water when our codo was flooded due to a fire on third floor at North Myrtle Beach Golf and Tennis Resort. Everyone from the bottom to the top were total professionals and gentlemen. It was such a pleasure to work with a company where all employees really care about their performance.
