I like the audiologist, Rebecca very much. She was very nice and knowledgeable. The receptionist, I think her name is Ginny. Very kind and personable. Highly recommended
If you need your hearing tested, this is the best place in Palestine to go. No high-pressure sales, just honest, helpful information. They genuinely care about your ability to hear. Everyone on the staff who I have met in the 3 years I've been going there has been very nice, especially Ginny in the office and Rebecca the technician. They're the best!

Jenny up front is amazing!! She is always so helpful, kind, and taking care of business. She makes the whole appointment so much more at ease and enjoyable.
